Claire’s at the Depot is the perfect venue for your special event.  Whether you are hosting a corporate meeting, a birthday celebration, an anniversary party, wedding reception, or a rehearsal dinner, Claire’s provides an elegant, relaxed atmosphere for all your dining needs.

Restaurant Rental

Claire’s at the Depot is available to rent for your event during non-business hours. 

Sat. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. & Sunday 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.  Cost is  $2,500.  Our facility will accommodate 90 guests seated and 150 for a standup reception.

The Fireplace Room is also available for rent during the following business hours: 
Tuesday - Thursday - no charge
Friday 11:30 - 2:30 - no charge for a minimum of 25 guests.  If  fewer than 25 guests and entire room is requested - $250
Friday 5:30 - 10:00 - $500
Saturday - Sunday 10:30 - 2:00 - $250

Plated Dinner Service

Claire’s at the Depot can host your plated banquet dinner.  Your menu will consist of three courses:

First Course

Second Course Entree
Choose any three from the list below
- Black Angus New York Strip
- Seasonal Fish
- Speciality Chicken
- Vegetarian guests may be accommodated with our Seasonal Ravioli

Third Course
- Chef's Choice Fruit Tart
- Choice of Iced Tea, Soda, or Coffee
- $42 per person

Children Under 12
- Grilled Chicken Breast with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
- Includes dessert and beverage
- $20 per person

Bar Information

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Claire’s at the Depot.  Guests are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages to an event.

Price, Tax and Gratuity

All prices are subject to change.  Food and beverages are subject to state and local taxes, in addition to an 20% gratuity.
